Great Annual Savings to support Bradley Lowery Foundation build
Great Annual Savings (GAS) is supporting the Bradley Lowery Foundation with building a holiday home to be used by poorly children and their families.
As part of the holiday home build, GAS and other organisations including Sunderland AFC have supported the build as well as funding bricks which will be laid in a memorial garden at the home.
The holiday home, ‘Super Brad’s Pad’, will be available to 100 families per year, providing much needed luxury getaways in Scarborough.
The Foundation is a cause close to the heart of GAS, as Bradley’s relative, Pamela Hamilton is a long-serving colleague at the Group.
Pamela said: “Brad is a family member and a huge miss to us all, he has left a legacy and the family will continue to carry this on as long as we can so the Foundation can continue to grow.
“GAS getting involved in Super Brad’s Pad is absolutely amazing, we have done a lot of fundraising within the business from sponsoring the annual ball to members of staff personally supporting the Foundation.
“I personally cannot thank GAS enough and for the continued support and look forward to GAS and myself continuing to work alongside the Foundation.”
Lynn Murphy, Co-Founder & Head of Communications and Fundraising at the Bradley Lowery Foundation said: “It was always our plan to create a holiday home for families of poorly children to have relaxing time away and make those much-needed memories outside the clinical setting of hospital.
“We are eternally grateful for the amount of work GAS is doing for the Bradley Lowery Foundation and would love for other businesses to get involved.”
Businesses and organisations that purchase a brick will have their name displayed on one of the bricks used to build the holiday home, Super Brad’s Pad.
