Networking Event Terms and Conditions
Exhibitor Cancelation Policy
The CUSTOMER can cancel their booking by giving written notice (by email if necessary) to FTD’s main office address. If Cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the event date, a full refund will be given.
If the CUSTOMER cancels the booking between 13 days prior and the day of the event FTD will not offer a refund.
Event Terms and Conditions
FTD reserves the right to cancel or postpone the EVENT due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely circumstance that the EVENT is cancelled or postponed a space at an alternative event will be offered to the CUSTOMER. All government guidelines regarding COVID-19 will be followed by the organiser. Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. Anyone not following the guidelines may be asked to leave. All attendees will be asked to provide contact details for the purpose of track and trace, all details for track and trace will be held securely and deleted after 21 days. DO NOT ATTEND if you have a temperature above 37.8 degrees Celsius, a new continuous cough or loss/change to sense of small and/or test.
Delegate Terms and Conditions
FTD reserves the right to charge a delegate fee for regular attending delegates, a decision on whether a delegate fee will be charged will be made at the discretion of FTD. FTD reserves the right to limit the number of tickets registered per organisation. Delegates must not give out any promotional materials at the event apart from business cards without the permission of FTD. By attending the event you give your consent to be included in the delegate list which will be sent on request to exhibitors after the event (contact information will not be included). You also give your consent to use the name of your organisation in any pre-event publicity that FTD may decide to create.If you don't wish for details to be included then you must inform a member of the FTD at the event or contacting FTD on office@footballtradedirectory.com no more than 24 hours after the event concludes.
