Huddersfield Town report increased loss for latest financial year
Huddersfield Town have reported losses of £15m for the year
ending 30 June 2024.
The Terriers were relegated from the Championship last
season in a campaign where they changed manager twice.
The losses are significantly up on the previous accounting
year, when they lost £6.4m.
"The results highlight the challenges faced by the club
in remaining competitive on the field, whilst also attempting to move to a more
self-sustainable financial model that is focused on driving new revenue
opportunities," chief financial officer Ian Hopson told the club

"Owner and chairman Kevin Nagle continues to provide
critical financial support throughout the 2024-25 campaign, for which everyone
associated with the club is appreciative."
