League Two side Forest Green Rovers announce Umbro as new technical kit partner

Forest Green Rovers have confirmed a new long term deal with Umbro to be the club's technical kit partner from the start of the 2023/24 season. 

The sportswear brand will provide match kit, training wear and off-field kit for all FGR teams as well as supporter wear for men, women, and children. 

The club are noted for their drive for sustainability, becoming the world’s first vegan football club in 2015, before being named the world’s greenest football club by FIFA two years later. 

Chris Dolan, Head of Sports Marketing for Umbro UK, said: “There’s simply no other football club like FGR. The club’s influence extends way beyond football and they’re continually raising the bar for sustainability in sport. We are excited to learn from and work closely with the entire FGR team.”  

The club reached the third tier of English Football for the first time last season but were immediately relegated back down to League Two.
