Manchester United reveal TeamViewer as new shirt partner
Manchester United have revealed German tech brand TeamViewer as their new shirt sponsor after launching their new kit for the 2021/22 season.
The Premier League side ended their seven year relationship with car manufacturer Chevrolet with TeamViewer agreeing a five year deal to replace them as the club's shirt sponsor.
United have always maintained a long running relationship with their shirt sponsors, having only had five previous sponsors before agreeing this latest deal.
The club unveiled their new home kit with starts such as Paul Pogba, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw sporting the strip. TeamViewer will also be on the front of United's away and third kits which will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Richard Arnold, Manchester United Managing Director, said: “The launch of our new home kit is an exciting moment before the start of every season and especially so this year as we welcome TeamViewer as our new principal shirt partner.
“While the shirt will be the most visible symbol of our partnership, we are looking forward to using TeamViewer’s technology to drive digitalisation of the club and open new ways for us to connect with our fans. This will bring huge benefits to both of our organisations and, most importantly, to our fans around the world.”
