No Premier League teams found to have breached Profit & Sustainability Rules (PSR)

A statement by the Premier League has confirmed that no club has been charged for breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules in 2023/24.

The accounting period covers the three seasons up to and including last season, and the League confirmed in a statement that no charges were being brought against any clubs.
The League did however address Leicester City and ongoing legal action between the two bodies:

“Issues as to the jurisdiction of the Premier League over Leicester City Football Club in relation to PSR compliance are currently the subject of confidential arbitration proceedings."

“Accordingly, neither the league nor the club will make any further comment at this stage about any aspect of the club’s compliance or otherwise with any of the PSR or related rules, save to say that no complaint has been brought against Leicester by the league for any breach of the PSRs for the period ending Season 2023-24.”

Leicester successfully appealed a points deduction earlier in the season after arguing that their relegation at the end of the 2022/23 season meant the Premier League had no jurisdiction over their finances for that season.

Last season both Everton and Nottingham Forest were deducted points after being found in breach of PSR.
A number of clubs also made last minute sales of players in June so they could register the profits in the 2023/24 season in an effort to remain compliant.
