SPFL title sponsorship to end early
The SPFL's title sponsor cinch is to end its arrangement with the league at the end of the current season.
The online used-car dealership agreed a five-year contract in 2021 but has exercised its right to walk away after three years.
Chief executive Neil Doncaster says the SPFL will begin to find a new sponsor.
"The deal played its part in helping the SPFL deliver record-breaking revenues back to its 42 clubs in the last 12 months," said the league.
Doncaster added that the SPFL "anticipate strong interest from businesses which recognise the unique value of partnering with Scotland's premier football competition".
Cinch chief customer officer Robert Bridge says the the partnership with the SPFL has been "an important factor" in raising the brand's awareness.
"As cinch looks to the future, its marketing focus is evolving to ensure continued success and growth," he added.
