West Ham announce new sponsor
West Ham United has signed financial technology company Yield App as its latest sponsor.
The brand, which was launched in February, becomes the ‘Official Digital Asset Wealth Management Partner’ of the club.
As part of the deal, hospitality tickets to West Ham’s home matches at the London Stadium will be available as prizes in competitions for Yield App users.
Nathan Thompson, commercial director at West Ham, said: “We believe Yield App will provide our growing fanbase with education of, and access to, some of the best investment opportunities. Our partnership will enable our fans to take advantage of these opportunities regardless of their financial or technical knowledge.”
September has seen West Ham bolster its supplier tier, signing flash reflex training company BlazePod and recovery technology brand Reboots, as well as an extension to its deal with energy supplement brand Soccer Supplement.
In August, the club agreed an expansion of its deal with global payments platform Trustly to include its women’s team sleeve sponsorship rights, and in the same month became the latest team in the Premier League to sign an agreement with insurance company Vitality.
The men’s team’s sleeve sponsor, financial trading brand Scope Markets, signed a multi-year extension to its deal in July.
