Neil Mellor confirmed as guest speaker for our upcoming Networking Event at Deepdale!

We’re delighted to announce that as part of our upcoming Football and Business Networking Event at Deepdale Stadium, we’ll be hosting a special Q&A with former Preston striker Neil Mellor.

Since his retirement from playing Neil has established himself as a media pundit, reporting for Sky Sports whilst also presenting on LFC TV.

He’ll be joining us to look back on his playing career, the majority of which was spent at Deepdale, as well as reflecting on the issues facing the game today both on and off the pitch.

John Booth, Managing Director commented ‘It’s always great to be able to welcome an ex-pro to one of our events, especially one that has such a strong connection to the club where we’re hosting.

Whilst we want our delegates and exhibitors to be able to network and engage as much as possible, having an opportunity to chat with Neil and invite some audience questions just adds another dynamic to what’s set to be a great day all round’.

About the Event

The event is taking place on Thursday 22nd May from 10.30am-3pm.

Our Networking Events bring together stakeholders from all levels of football and rugby, with dozens of club and business delegates in attendance.

There will 20-25 exhibitors at the event who work across a range of sectors including ticketing, teamwear, stadium solutions, travel, signage and more.

This event is sponsored by ticketing platform providers Tixr, who will be giving a brief presentation about their services as well.

It’s free to attend for both club and business delegates, with refreshments and lunch provided.
